Training and On-going Communication towards a Successful Telemarketing Programme
A day in your office where we listen to you and learn all about your services, existing customer base, how you have succeeded gaining business to date, and being trained generally. We would also need to spend sometime refining:
· What information should be found out on calls
· What needs to be logged/updated on the database
· When and how to forward hot leads
· Management of email/send information requests
At some point within the first two weeks, we would like you to come to our office where you help us to frame up your business, the target, the “pitch”, and the objections as we make live calls. However, some of clients cannot bear the thought of a half day listening to phone calls and they prefer us to feedback objections at the end of each day for the first week so that we can fine-tune the message. If you prefer the second method, that is fine.
We work very closely with you and would expect regular 2-way feedback on our results and communications so that you can tell us what is working for you, and what is not. Generally we send a weekly summary, but some clients prefer this to be monthly.
Monthly meetings at your offices to provide us with redirection or clarity on any changes of direction you require.
We will commit whatever resource in terms of hours and people and feedback you choose will be suitable for your plans. We have provided a basic structure that you can “pick and mix” from to get the ultimate level of research and results you want.
After Research
When we know what results to expect once we have created ultimate performance levels, we will use the same formulas we used during the research to deliver you the results. All that will change is the number of hot leads expected as a percentage of dials made, and therefore the bottom line cost to you of buying a new customer.
