We start off with one-to-one meetings with you and any other key players in the team.

We identify your long and short term goals for the business and the team.

At the end of this stage, you will be excited…. Now we just  need to transmit your clarity, and get your team’s buy in


At the workshop we work on identified skills weaknesses and create the systems to support the skills.  At the end of the day every attendee will leave excited and committed to doing what needs to be done.

Every person will commit to activities and goals over the next few days, weeks and months to come.

They will want to do things differently and understand how important they are to the overall success of your business.

Training, however great the buy-in from the attendees, cannot work alone.  We can get people to leave our training excited and committed …. BUT it’s just too easy to step back into the real world, face the same fears, and curl back into your own comfort zone.

SO The key element to the programme is that we remain there at your side week on week to help you to:

(a)   stick to your committed level of activities and implementation of the Action Plan; and

(b)   learn how to deal with the challenges and objections that you will come across outside of the training room and
